We want you to love every skein you purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused yarn in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that patterns, digital downloads, and clearance items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your yarn is in its original packaging, with the label intact, and has not been wound, knitted, or crocheted.

• 2.
  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
